Mark Alfonso Goode, affectionately known as "Goodie", passed away on March 4, 2024, in Gardena, California. He was born on October 27, 1988, in Omaha, Nebraska. Mark lived a life filled with adventure and fearlessness, coupled with a kind heart and sensitivity that touched the lives of those around him.
From a young age, Mark found his passion in skateboarding when his mother gave him his first skateboard. Determined to master the sport, he dedicated countless hours to learning new tricks and eventually reached a professional level where he procured sponsorships from various companies. His love for skateboarding not only brought him personal fulfillment but also inspired the youth who looked up to him as a role model in the sport.
One of Mark's proudest accomplishments was achieving his dream of becoming a professional skateboarder and having the opportunity to make a living doing what he loved most. His dedication and perseverance served as a shining example of what could be achieved through hard work and passion.
Mark will always be remembered for his infectious desire to spread happiness and laughter. He cherished moments spent with his family, such as the unforgettable road trip from Nebraska to Orlando, Florida, where they visited Disney World. His family recalls his constant efforts to ensure everyone around him was happy and entertained.
Mark is survived by his loving daughter Anella DiGiacomo and son Aiden Goode. He will be deeply missed by his mother Lilibeth Goode, father Cleveland Goode, step mother Carla Goode, brother Michael Goode, sisters Aliyah Goode, Aliyana McDaniel, Alexandria Goode, Danasty Goode and a host of other family members and friends.
